Silicone subdermal implants are custom-shaped, medical-grade silicone forms placed under the skin to create a lasting raised design. We map placement to your anatomy, work with sterile technique, and aim for smooth contour and secure positioning.

Procedure: Marking in a neutral position → small incision → blunt dissection to create a pocket → insertion/orientation of the implant → layered closure and dressing. A light compression wrap may be used to limit shear/migration.
Healing timeline: Dressings and activity restrictions for ~1–2 weeks; swelling/bruise settle over 2–3 weeks; shape definition and scar maturation continue for 3–6+ months. Avoid pressure, impact, and localized heat until cleared.
Risks/considerations: bleeding/hematoma, infection, seroma, wound separation, implant migration or edge visibility, extrusion, contour irregularity, altered sensation, hypertrophic/keloid scarring (higher if you’ve scarred that way), and possible need for revision/removal. Nicotine use, poorly controlled medical conditions, and poor aftercare increase risk and may affect candidacy.
