Nipple Piercing

A proper nipple piercing can enhance sensitivity, help push an inverted nipple outward, or serve a purely aesthetic purpose. Carefully curated jewelry can feminize or provide a more masculine appearance depending on size, color, and shape of the jewelry. Placement should be at the base of the papillae where it meets the areola, and the jewelry should have enough space to accommodate the nipple in its relaxed (soft) state without distortion. For this reason, captive bead rings, circular barbells and curved bars are not recommended for initial Piercing. Healing time is typically 12-24 weeks.

Special considerations should be made for individuals who have underwent mastectomy, or augmentation of the chest.

Dukes/Duke Piercing

Duke Piercings are  typically for Individuals endowed with Masc or T vulva anatomy. The placement is similar to a vertical clitoral hood, however these piercings are usually placed in pairs, on either side of the glans. The piercing site for a Duke piercing is adjacent to the apex of the hood. The bulk of the jewelry passes under the hood to rest on either side of the glans. Properly placed and sized jewelry can provide contact/stimulation. Healing time is typically 8-12 weeks.

Glans Piercing/Clitoris Piercing

Many clients have too small of a glans to receive this piercing. The general guideline for piercable anatomy is at LEAST the size of the tip of a pinky finger. Bottom growth often opens the door to being a candidate. Some persons experience a decrease in their glans sensitivity on HRT, and getting this piercing can help bring sensation back and adds a great visual effect accentuating the “head” of the glans. Healing time is typically 12-24 weeks.

Triangle Piercing with Bottom Growth

Triangle Piercings are meant to pass deep through the clitoris prepuce and behind the nerve bundle (not through it). The idea is to place the jewelry so stimulation can be provided from both front and rear of the clitoral nerve, resulting in greater sensation. Individuals with T or bottom growth typically experience rejection when performed with thinner gauge jewelry. For this reason 10g is commonly recommended as a starting point for FTM/Intersex/Non-Binary individuals. Greater surface area creates a more resilient piercing that will resist rejection and withstand the tugging motion associated with the "Jerking off" action performed during stimulation.

Experience is a very important factor with this piercing, because improper placement can result in extremely painful damage to the nerve root during execution. For those with the expertise, this piercing can be very rewarding for clients who may suffer from a less sensitive clitoris, or one that is less pronounced and veiled behind a thicker protective hood that make it hard to stimulate directly.
