Prince Albert and Reverse Prince Albert Piercing

Prince Albert Piercing (P.A. Piercing) is generally done at a larger gauge, through the paper thin tissue at the frenum (underside of the penis where the glans meets the shaft) and exits the opening of the urethra. The urethra is dense with nerves, so movement of the jewelry back and fourth can be pleasurable and can increase sensation during intercourse or stimulation.

Reverse Prince Albert Piercing is similar in function in that is passes through a segment of the urethra and can provide added stimulation with movement of the jewelry. Instead of passing through the thin tissue of the frenum on the underside of the penis, the dense, sensitive tissue of the glans is pierced from the top to the urethra. This makes a Reverse P.A. more painful, and causes a longer healing period, but the reward is even greater increase in sensation as the jewelry stimulates the nerves in the urethra as well as the glans.

Frenum, Lorum and Ladder Piercing

The frenum itself is the area where the glans and shaft meet and the foreskin forms a web. On circumcised men some of the web tissue usually remains along the scar left by the procedure and provides a viable base for a Psuedo-Surface Piercing*.

Multiple Frenum Piercings forming a row or Ladder, are surface to Surface Piercings through the skin on the underside of the penis shaft. These types of piercings generally require larger gauge barbell jewelry to resist rejection and trauma, and quite often reject or are removed due to tearing or irritation.

These piercings are considered ornamental to the wearer and benefit to the partner is vastly subjective. Consultation with ones spouse or partner, along with constructive dialogue moving forward, is paramount to reaping any potential a piercing of this nature may provide.

Dydoe and Forsking Piercing

A Dydoe Piercing is through the ridge of the glans, usually done in pairs with a Curved Barbell. In some placements a straight barbell can also be used. Because the glans is dense and rich with nerves, it is a sensitive piercing with pleasure enhancing benefits.

A Foreskin Piercing is exactly what it sounds like. The jewelry should be sized to accommodate full retraction of the foreskin and be a large enough gauge that it resists tearing when stressed. Pleasurable benefits are subjective, and are highly reliant on anatomy, jewelry and the wearer.

Scrotum and Guiche Piercing​

Scrotum Piercings pass through the skin of the scrotal sac. Placement is at the discretion of the client and can include Lorum Piercings at the very base of the penis, Hafada Piercing which is closer to the mons pubis and anywhere in between. Large gauge eyelets can be placed in the centre of the scrotum, between the testicles to create what is called a Trans-Scrotal Piercing. For most people these piercings are strictly ornamental, but they have also been know to be utilized for bondage and chastity purposes.

A Guiche Piercing is a Psuedo-Surface Piercing* of the area between the scrotum and the anus, also know as a Taint Piercing.

Ampallang and Apadravya Piercing

Apadravya Piercing usually starts as a Prince Albert Piercing or Reverse Prince Albert Piercing. Once the initial  PA Piercing is healed and the benefits have been experienced, some seek more. They opt to continue the piercing vertically through the entire meatous, connecting PA and Reverse PA. Others decide to do the Apadravya as a single piercing, forgoing two healing periods and two visits to their piercer.

Ampallang Piercing are done as a single piercing, horozontally through then entire glans. Similar in function and recovery to the Apadravya.

Dolphin Piercing

The Dolphin Piercing is a two point Urethra Piercing. Piercing is made through the tissue on the underside of the penis shaft into the urethra. The jewelry then sits inside a section of the urethra and exits through a second piercing point along the underside of the penis. Similar to a Prince Albert Piercing, movement of the jewelry provides stimulation of the nerves in the urethra. Possible complication of Dolphin Piercings include Urinary Tract Infections due to a shortening of the distance between the bladder and opening of the urethra.
